Abseiling

Abseiling is one of the most exhilarating things you can do. Imagine being asked to step backwards off a cliff - Whoa! Scary! But once you have stepped back over that edge and settled down into your harness you'll realise that the hard part is over and you can enjoy the rest of the descent; and then you'll probably want to come around again for a second turn. An ideal activity for the adrenalin junky!

Kendal Mountaineering Services (KMS) know all the best locations in the Lake District for this activity, so wherever you are staying we can find a venue local to you to suit your needs. Abseiling is excellent as part of a package of day activities for groups, stag/hen parties or individuals.
